After placing the order on our website, the order arrives at the main reservation center.

Next, we will pack your products at the business.

Important!

If you have received defective or missing delivery, please update our customer service representatives by EMAIL: chefdelitee@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the package.

If the report is received over 24 hours, we will not be able to provide a solution to the problem.

Returns

We give you the option to change your order details and if necessary, cancel.

Any request for such a change should be directed to the customer service center or by e-mail: chefdelitee@gmail.com

When referring, you will be asked to identify yourself using the order number and the orderer’s name, please prepare in advance!

Change or cancel before the shipment leaves

In order to change an order, please contact customer service at chefdelitee@gmail.com on the day of the order or until 11:00 on the business day following the order.

Cancellation after receipt of shipment

You may cancel any order you place on the Site, or any of the products and supplies you have received, and return the products and supplies you have purchased.

To cancel an order or purchase certain products, you can do so in coordination with the customer service center listed at the top of the page.

Payment for shipping back to our warehouses will be made by you.

The order cannot be changed or canceled 24 hours after receipt

If you have opened the product packaging, used it, or consumed it, you will not be able to return it unless the product has been damaged. If there is a problem with the product, please keep the product in its packaging and after the courier arrives, give it to him in its entirety so that you can receive a credit.

The credit will be made using your credit card
